2. Quotes and pricing

3. Client responsibilities

Each engagement specifies its revision rounds. Additional rounds are quoted separately.
5. Intellectual property
On full payment, ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client. We retain rights to underlying tools, frameworks and non-client-specific components.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties keep commercial and technical information confidential, during and after the engagement.
7. Use of AI
Deliverables may be produced with AI assistance under human quality control. We remain accountable for the output we deliver.
8. Liability
Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected engagement.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at our registered office location.
